Unwavering Conservative Values

100% Pro-Life. Ardent Defender of 2nd Amendment Rights. Advocate for Common-Sense.

Our nation was founded on a simple but powerful truth written into the Declaration of Independence: that every person is endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. Among them life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These principles still serve as the foundation of our republic and as a strong conservative, I believe these values should guide how we govern today.

The right to life is the first of those rights, because without life none of the others can exist. The right to liberty includes the constitutional freedoms that protect every American, including freedom of speech, religious liberty, and the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms. And the pursuit of happiness means creating a country where people have the freedom and opportunity to build a good life through hard work and personal responsibility. That requires a government that respects constitutional limits, spends taxpayer dollars responsibly, and avoids unnecessary interference in the lives of the American people. When our government focuses on protecting our values – individuals, families, and communities have the freedom to thrive.

Affordability and the Economy

Strengthen the dollar and bring up real wages. It’s common sense.

Families across Georgia’s 11th District are feeling the pressure of high costs, from groceries and gas to housing and healthcare. Biden-era inflation drove up the price of nearly everything in recent years, making it harder for working families and small businesses to get ahead. Washington can’t flip a switch and bring prices down overnight, anyone who promises that is dishonest. But, Congress can focus on the policies that help families move forward: keeping inflation under control, lowering the tax burden on working families and small businesses, reducing excessive regulations that drive up costs, and creating a business-friendly environment that brings up wages so your paychecks go further.

Here in Northwest Georgia, hardworking people build things, run small businesses, and commute across the metro-Atlanta area to provide for their families. A strong economy means giving them the opportunity to succeed. That starts with supporting American energy to keep fuel prices stable, strengthening domestic manufacturing, and expanding career and technical education so workers have real opportunities closer to home.

Responsibility and Accountability in Government

Congress, do your job!

Americans have every right to demand responsibility and accountability from their government. Every dollar Washington spends starts with a piece of legislation passed by Congress, which means Congress is responsible for how that money is used. Too often Washington passes massive bills filled with vague language and “fill in the blank” provisions that hand real decision-making over to unelected bureaucrats. It’s the same mindset behind Nancy Pelosi’s infamous line that Congress had to pass the bill to find out what was in it. As Justice Antonin Scalia once reminded lawmakers, if Congress doesn’t want courts interpreting its laws, then it needs to do its job and write them clearly.

When the government avoids accountability, taxpayer money gets wasted and abuse happens (like the Somali daycare fraud case that exposed massive misuse of federal programs.) As your Congressman, one of my priorities will be serving on the Oversight Committee to put the investigative experience I’ve gained to work exposing fraud, waste, and abuse across the federal government. The American people deserve transparency about how their tax dollars are spent, and Congress needs to take responsibility for making sure that money is used the way it was intended. That’s common sense.

Border and Immigration

Codify President Trump’s effective border policies, and uphold deportation of criminal illegal aliens.

I stand firmly with President Trump and the steps his administration has taken to restore control at our border. America is a nation of laws, and those laws have to be enforced. A secure border is not optional, it’s a basic responsibility of the federal government. For too long Washington failed to enforce immigration laws, creating chaos at the border and allowing human trafficking, drug smuggling, and cartel activity to grow. I support continuing the policies that strengthened border security, including supporting our Border Patrol agents, maintaining physical barriers where they are needed, using modern technology to monitor the border, and ensuring that people who enter the country illegally are returned according to the law. Congress should work to codify the successful policies this administration has implemented.

America has always welcomed legal immigrants who respect our laws and want to contribute to our country. Our immigration system should prioritize merit, skills, and the needs of the American economy while protecting opportunities for American workers. That means fixing a broken system by ending catch-and-release policies, closing loopholes that encourage illegal entry, and ensuring legal immigration is orderly, fair, and enforceable. When those conversations happen in Congress, I will be the voice of common sense in the room and make sure the people of Georgia’s 11th District are represented as we work to fix our immigration system and keep our communities safe.

The Rule of Law

Americans are sick and tired of seeing rogue federal judges, district attorneys, and prosecutors bending or even ignoring our laws to fit their ideological agendas.

Americans are tired of seeing rogue federal judges or politically motivated prosecutors bending the law, ignoring it, or acting like the rules don’t apply to everyone the same way. That’s not how our justice system is supposed to work. Our country is a constitutional republic built on the rule of law, where the law is meant to apply equally to everyone, no matter their position, wealth, or political influence. When people start to believe there are two sets of rules, trust in our institutions breaks down. Supporting law enforcement, defending the independence of our courts, and enforcing our laws as written are essential to restoring that trust.

The Constitution established the Supreme Court, but Congress created the rest of the federal court system. It may be time for Congress to take another look at how that system is working today. Public officials take an oath to uphold the Constitution, and that oath should guide every decision in government. In Congress, I will stand firmly for the rule of law, equal justice, and accountability, and I will be a voice of common sense to ensure our laws are applied fairly and consistently for every American.

Unaffordable Healthcare Costs

The foundation of the problems in our healthcare system is that “healthcare” and “insurance” have become conflated. Insurance is a gambling business.

The cost of healthcare has become a real burden for families, seniors, and small businesses across this country. Premiums keep rising, prescription drugs are expensive, and even routine care can strain a family budget. Part of the reason the system has become so complicated is that over time we began to blur the line between healthcare and health insurance. Insurance is meant to protect families from major financial shocks when someone gets seriously sick. Healthcare is about providing actual medical care. When the two become conflated, the result is higher costs, less transparency, and a system that is harder for patients to navigate.

A common-sense approach starts by putting patients back at the center of the system. We need to focus on improving price transparency so families know what care actually costs, expanding health savings accounts to help people manage everyday healthcare expenses, encouraging competition among providers, and reducing unnecessary regulations that drive up prices. The goal should be straightforward: make healthcare more affordable, protect the doctor–patient relationship, and give families more control over their own care while ensuring insurance is there and affordable when families truly need it most.
